We are here to support customers in essential services through thick and thin, while meeting the Government’s expectations and preventing the spread of COVID-19.
If you are on the Government’s list of essential businesses, we can support you in these ways:
Our branch management will work from home and are available through the Customer Support Centre.
- All branches will operate a parts ordering service by phone or email only (please don’t walk in).
- You can order parts at the Cat parts store online. Parts ordering through our Customer Support Centre continues on 0800 93 39 39 from 7.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- We are operating a parts distribution service from our Auckland and Christchurch centres, this is only to support essential services.
- Contactless collection is available for essential services only. Parts needed for essential services can be sent by courier, however we cannot guarantee this service.
Each branch has a limited standby crew of field service technicians to support customers providing essential services. Before we send out technical staff, you’ll need to complete a specific work authorisation form.
Limited services will continue in our Fluids Lab for customers in essential businesses, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sales staff (Parts and Service, Machines and Power Systems) will be available by phone and email if required.
