Freight Delivery Times Increase

While we will continue to do everything we can to get your parts delivered as soon as possible, please plan for and expect delivery delays as New Zealand’s freight network is under enormous stress at present.


Our main freight providers have been in touch this week to say they face significant challenges. A huge drop in team members due to COVID – both sickness and isolation – plus recent extreme weather and massive freight volumes are all factors.

To help avoid disappointment, please expect one-to-two-day delivery and not an overnight service. Anything you can do to order and plan ahead will be much appreciated, while we will also do all we can at our end.

To help address global supply chain issues, we have increased our parts inventory within New Zealand by more than $5 million over the last 12 months – but that challenge is still with us. Our new challenge is in the last step in the journey from our branch or warehouse to you.
