March Customer Update
We’re doing our best to support our customers through challenging times, while caring for our team and preventing the spread of COVID-19.
As Omicron sweeps through the country, some of our technicians are unwell, isolating or caring for their families. We’re doing all we can to cover shortages and supply you with parts and service. With a limited crew on deck at some branches, we may need to delay some work or rearrange timing.

We are registered as a critical service provider for essential work, and our technicians are reducing their time in isolation where possible. If your business is registered as essential, please tell the CSC when booking work or ordering parts so that we can prioritise your support.
