Apprentices are one of the main pipelines of talent into our business. They are an opportunity to gain the skills required to become a top-tier technician in the heavy equipment industry.
An apprenticeship with us is the foundation of a rewarding career. You can choose to stay on in a hands-on role or to explore a multitude of other options is our business. On completion of the four-year curriculum, which includes block courses offshore, graduates will be awarded a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology*.
As our CEO, Chris Heaton recently said “When I signed up for an apprenticeship, I never realised it was for this job”. We take on about 15 apprentices at our branches across New Zealand every year. This is our commitment to growing the skills in our industry.
