Executive Manager Customer Experience
Angie MacDonald joined Terra Cat in April 2021 and is based in Christchurch.
Before joining Terra Cat, Angie spent more than 30 years in the industrial gas and consumables industry, holding leadership roles across finance, operations, sales, and customer experience in Christchurch and Auckland.
As Executive Manager Customer Experience, Angie leads initiatives that help Terra Cat better understand customer needs, improve customer and employee experiences, and drive continuous improvement across the business. Her role focuses on customer insights, engagement, loyalty, and ensuring the voice of the customer helps shape business decisions.
Angie is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and believes that putting customers at the centre of business decisions drives stronger relationships, sustainable growth, and greater employee engagement.
Outside of work, Angie enjoys spending time with family and friends and working on her home and garden on the Banks Peninsula.
