Chief Financial Officer
Jonathan Crane joined Terra Cat as Chief Financial Officer in 2024, bringing more than 20 years of finance, commercial and business leadership experience across the banking, resources and industrial sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom.
A Chartered Accountant with a Commerce degree from the University of Queensland, Jon has held a range of senior leadership roles spanning financial management, commercial strategy, governance and business performance. Prior to joining Terra Cat, Jon was Executive Manager, Commercial Finance at Hastings Deering, one of the world's largest Caterpillar dealers.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jon provides financial and commercial leadership across Terra Cat, partnering with the leadership team to drive sustainable growth, strengthen business performance and support investment decisions that create long-term value for customers, employees and shareholders.
His responsibilities include:
leading Terra Cat's financial strategy, planning, governance and capital management
supporting major customer projects and business initiatives through commercial leadership, risk management and strategic decision-making.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys outdoor pursuits and spending time with his family.
