Our complimentary Digital Customer Value Agreement (Digital CVA) is a standard inclusion with all new machine purchases, valid for 48 months from the date of machine purchase. The Digital CVA is Terra’s standard digital support package which includes: 1) Application support and training 2) Alerts available for 'service due' notifications 3) Data-driven insights into the health and utilisation of your machine 4) Tools to organise the delivery of genuine CAT parts quickly and easily 5) Streamlined access to book expert technicians to perform your servicing needs 6) Maintenance of the supplied telematics device to ensure connectivity and data access

This does not alter the Caterpillar warranty applicable to the equipment and is otherwise supplied subject to Terra’s Terms and Conditions of Software Licence and Services Agreement and Terra’s Terms and Conditions for the Sales of Machines, Parts and Services by Terra (excluding Rentals).
