We are proud our Heavy Diesel Technicians have a reputation for being the best in the industry and we all work hard to ensure we retain that reputation. All our technicians have individual development plans and are offered annual product training (usually as a week-long course in Christchurch). We currently have over 65 staff enrolled with MITO completing NZQA qualifications.
Our technicians also get the chance to share their knowledge and develop some training skills themselves by applying to become one of our in-house trainers, facilitating regular courses for peers.
We currently have over 230 staff employed as Heavy Diesel Technicians across our 20+ nationwide locations. Roles are both workshop and field-based and include resident roles in some locations.
